Cut

Cut the selected elements
It's also possible to paste the Cut or Copied elements in a speadsheet program, a Word processor or a text editor.

Paste the previously selected elements
It's also possible to paste elements copied from a spreadsheet. If you copy them from a word processor or a text editor, the format need to be a tab separated list of words.

Find

Find words
Find a set of words, please look at the Options to select the way you want to search.
There are 2 modes to show the results: in a table (columns), as a text (translation).
You can specify the separator between 2 words:

• Return: The program will try to translate word by word.
• All Non Letters: The sentences are parse by any of the following characters: «»(){}[]<>#$£%&_*+-/=\\\"';,.:|¿?¡!0123456789<tab><return>
  
• Other: You can specifier the delimiters in the text field next to it.
  

"Advanced Search": If the word was not found, the program will look for a similar word based on some rules. For example if the word to translate is "cats", then the program will search for "cat".

Find Next

Find the next occurence of the word in the text field of the tool bar
You can find a word by entering the word in the text field of the tool bar and press Enter. Find Next will then try to find if other words exists in the file.

Add Category

Add a sub category.
It adds a new sub category to the selected category. You can then edit the name of the category by clicking twice on the name.
The name of the category is only defined in English, you can defined it in another language by changing the language of the usr interface and then editing the category.

Delete Category

Delete the selected category

Add Element

Add a new element
It adds a new element after the selected element. If no elements are selected in the category it will add a new element at the beginning of the selected category.
Note: I would advise you not to add elements if one section is sorted or if the option Include Sub Categories is selected because the added word may be added in a different category than you would expected.

Properties

Edit the properties of the element.
